China Hong Kong Paralympic Committee Strengthens Collaboration with Euroclear and the Belgian Paralympic Committee

The China Hong Kong Paralympic Committee (HKPC) is pleased to announce its collaboration with Euroclear, with the valued support of the Belgian Paralympic Committee, in advancing a pilot initiative under the HKPC National Classification Strategy.
This initiative focuses on the development of educational and communication resources to enhance understanding of the classification system within Para sport. The project will introduce clear and accessible materials, including but not limited to the translated guide, illustrative content, and educational videos, tailored for athletes, coaches, National Sports Associations, schools, and the wider community.
Through both digital and printed formats, HKPC aims to promote transparency, accessibility, and athlete-centred practices, while strengthening awareness and understanding of athlete pathways. The initiative also serves as a foundational step towards the full implementation of a comprehensive national classification programme by 2026. In due course, educational workshops will also be organised to engage the community and further promote understanding of classification.
