Japan will host the 2026 Asian Para Games.

The 2026 Asian Para Games will be held in Nagoya, Aichi, Japan, bringing together athletes with disabilities across the continent to compete in a wide range of sports from 18th 24th October 2026.
 
Being the biggest multi-sport Para Games in Asia, it promotes inclusivity, athletic excellence, and regional unity. In the last edition, 2022 Hangzhou Asian Para Games, Hong Kong Team brought home 47 medals, including 8 Gold, 15 Silver and 24 Bronze.
 
The 18 sports that will feature at the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Para Games are Para Archery, Para Athletics, Para Badminton, Blind Football, Boccia, Para Cycling (Track and Road), Goalball, Para Judo, Para Powerlifting, Shooting Para Sport, Para Swimming, Para Table Tennis, Para Taekwondo, Sitting Volleyball, Wheelchair Basketball, Para Fencing, Wheelchair Rugby, and Wheelchair Tennis.
